I spent some time this week talking with Lionel Legry on his podcast, Small Business, Big Challenge. We talked about business owners, tax myths and some super tax strategies that most CPA’s are not sharing with their clients. Podcasts are a fantastic way to share ideas, have open discussions and call for feedback. I am also a voracious consumer of podcasts and usually start my day with learning something new or listening to a conversation that expands my thinking.
So if you are walking the dog, out for a run or even watering your flowers, listen to a podcast and learn one new thing every day. I do however always ask you to be critical of what you hear. I have heard some podcasts that offer incorrect information. It is a case of buyer beware, always check the information you hear before simply accepting and implementing.
As a community, let’s share our favorite and most fascinating podcasts………which podcasts do you recommend? I tend to listen to personal development and business shows. AND I prefer those that are conversations rather than a list of questions and answers AND I prefer those where the guest has not paid to be on the podcast. Something about that just doesnt sit well with me.
